Embark on a two-day journey through southern Tunisia's most iconic landscapes, departing from Djerba or Zarzis.
On the first day, depart via the vast salt lake Chott El Jerid towards Tozeur. Upon arrival, check into your 4-star hotel (full board, excluding drinks). In the afternoon, hop into a 4x4 to explore the breathtaking mountain oases of Chebika, Tamerza (Tamagza), and Mides, nestled in the rugged Atlas foothills.
On the second day, begin with a visit of Tozeur's palm grove, optionally by horse-drawn carriage (available on-site). Continue to Douz, the "gateway to the Sahara," for an optional camel ride through golden dunes. The journey continues through the lunar-like landscapes of Matmata, where you’ll enjoy lunch and visit a traditional troglodyte Berber home. The return to Djerba passes by the picturesque village of Toujane and concludes with a scenic drive across the Roman causeway.
