Get picked up at your San Francisco hotel and begin the day at Armstrong Woods. Walk among the oldest and largest trees on the planet. The park has 1500-year-old, 300-foot Redwood beauties that offer an awe-inspiring stroll through one of the most unique forests in Northern California.

Drive up the breathtaking coast to a small beach town where you can purchase lunch and weather permitting, go picnic at the beach.

Expect to pass through places like Bodega Bay where you get to see an iconic filming location of Alfred Hitchcock’s 1963 classic thriller, The Birds.
