**Day 1**: After hotel pickup in Ho Chi Minh City, travel to Can Tho. Enjoy a traditional Mekong Delta lunch and check into a 4-star hotel in Can Tho. In the evening, embark on a sunset BBQ cruise along the Hau River, tasting local specialties. End the day with a visit to the vibrant Ninh Kieu Night Market.

**Day 2**: Begin the day at the Cai Rang Floating Market, the largest in Vietnam, to observe local boat traders. Visit a rice noodle workshop, try “rice noodle pizza,” and tour a tropical fruit garden. Learn to make “banh khot” (Vietnamese pancakes) and enjoy a traditional countryside lunch.
