Our tour kicks off in front of the iconic Sebil in Baščaršija, the historic heart of Sarajevo. Here, you'll feel the city's spirit as you stroll through the narrow streets, surrounded by the bustle of bazaars and traditional crafts dating back to the Ottoman era. Your guide will show you the traces of Ottoman architecture and culture by explaining the grandeur of the Gazi Husrev Bey Mosque, the madrasa, and the clock tower in detail. Then, walking along Ferhadiye Street, you'll witness how the city has modernized among the elegant buildings from the Austro-Hungarian period. Buildings belonging to different religions, such as the Catholic cathedral, the Orthodox church, and the synagogue on this street, reveal the multicultural structure of Sarajevo and the traces of societies that have lived together throughout history.
