Learn to make authentic Japanese dishes in a hands-on cooking class. Master the art of making udon noodles, gyoza, and aburi salmon, and enjoy a feast of the meals you created.
Begin your cooking class with a warm welcome and introduction. Then, pop on your apron, get into the kitchen, and start cooking. Work in small groups of about two on a table of four as your chef guides you step by step.

Learn the tricks and tips to making authentic Japanese cuisine. Fragrant and flavorsome, everything is made from scratch. This class is fun, informative, and will teach you how to produce stunning authentic Japanese dishes that are steeped in tradition and flavor.

Make udon noodles to take home. Make gyoza from scratch with pork mince filling, and learn to perfect the dough, fillings, and sauces. Prepare aburi salmon, scorched salmon. Each table will share the cooking of these dishes on the day, and some sides and sauces may be made for the group.

At the end of the class, sit and enjoy a feast of the meals that you have just created.
