Beer has been part of the life of Argentines since the second half of the 19th century, with the opening of the first large breweries and industrial breweries. The great arrival of immigrants and European capitals, among them Germans, allowed the development of the national beer industry.
Towards the decade of the 90's, the fashion of home brewed beer began in Buenos Aires. Originally this was limited to family and friends who gathered for tastings. A phenomenon that began to grow in the 2000s with the opening of multiple bars that offered craft beers to their customers, attracting the attention of a public that was no longer attracted by the big breweries and commercial brands.
In this tour we will take you to visit 2 of these traditional bars where you will taste typical beers as well as local varieties (IPA, Red, Potter, Irish, among others).
