Experience an epic sunrise from the water, at Posto 6, in the Princesinha do Mar.
Connect with nature in a moment of deep peace. The Marvelous City on one side. On the other, the Atlantic Ocean and a wonderful orange sun rising over the sea to dazzle us with its colors.
Check in at our tent and collect your personal equipment. Just before we get into the water, our instructors will explain the basics of Stand Up Paddle and the rules of our sunrise.
It's a group activity, so ALWAYS stay with the other participants and our team. We've been in the same location since 2011. We have a lot of experience in the sport and with Copacabana Beach. Our tent has an operating permit from Rio de Janeiro City Hall and is 100% legal.
It is a moderate-intensity activity, suitable for people over the age of 16.
