Along the way, you’ll have the chance to see the Cotton-top Tamarin monkey, an endemic monkey of Colombia, along with Red Howlers, Capuchins, and a variety of colorful birds like macaws and toucans.
As part of this adventure, you’ll ascend a mountain stream, passing a scenic waterfall and a centuries-old dam ingeniously built by Indigenous people seeking refuge from the Spanish—an immersive glimpse into both nature and history.
During your hike, enjoy an educational talk from biologists about the rehabilitation of rescued parrots and macaws.
