As a World Natural Heritage, the National Park Plitvice has 16 lakes connected by the line of amazing waterfalls. The surface of National Park is 29685 ha, and lakes cover up to 200 ha, while forest covers the rest of the Park.

One of the main attractions is the 78 meters high waterfall called Veliki Slap, the highest waterfall in Croatia. Beside a guided walk on plank paths, you will enjoy on a boat ride across the biggest lake called Kozjak and a short train ride. Your impression will be complete during drive through the Lika region, it’s mountains and beautiful forest landscapes.
