Departures will take place in any weather. The boats are enclosed and heated, but warm clothes are needed for outside viewing
A ramp is used to access the dock, depending on the tide at times this may be steep. Guests should be prepared to walk down this ramp. If boarding assistance is needed we are happy to assist
Guests with special dietary needs are encouraged to bring snacks and meals to ensure that they have proper nourishment
All guests are welcome to bring snacks and drinks along, just no alcoholic beverages
Check-in at the office, located behind the Best Western Hotel in Valdez, 1 hour prior to departure. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure.
