Embark on an unforgettable full-day adventure from Punta Cana to the Samaná Peninsula, where you'll witness the majestic humpback whales in their natural habitat. Your journey begins with a scenic drive through the Eastern Plains, passing lush landscapes and quaint villages en route to the town of Las Cañitas. Upon arrival, board a comfortable boat and set sail into Samaná Bay, renowned for its whale sanctuary. Spend approximately 2.5 hours observing these magnificent creatures as they breach, slap their tails, and care for their young.
After the whale-watching experience, continue to Cayo Levantado, also known as Bacardi Island. Here, indulge in a delicious buffet-style lunch featuring typical Dominican cuisine, accompanied by a refreshing drink. Relax on the pristine white-sand beaches, swim in the crystal-clear Caribbean waters, or explore the island's natural beauty.
The adventure doesn't end there. Visit Caño Frio, a serene stream flowing from the mountains into the beach, bordered by mangroves. Take a refreshing dip in its cool, crystalline waters before returning to Las Cañitas and heading back to your hotel with memories to last a lifetime.
