The passion of the producers is simply because we want to eat safe and delicious meat! As we aimed for the ultimate yakiniku, we arrived at the delicious world of grilled offal. We only want to eat what we are fully satisfied with – that’s why we insist on freshness, fat content, and preparation. That’s why we bring our 'proud offal,' freshly prepared that very morning, to you as quickly as possible."
