描述
Explore Tallinn's Old Town on a private walking tour with a local guide. Discover the city's history, see the medieval town hall, and enjoy panoramic views from Toompea.
Meet your guide at Freedom Square and begin your private walking tour of Tallinn's Old Town. Set the pace, stop where you like, and ask as much as you want as you explore the city.
Over 2 hours, cover the heart of the Old Town, including Town Hall Square and the medieval town hall, the merchants' houses of the Lower Town, the city walls and towers, the narrow lanes and courtyards, and the climb up to Toompea for the views over the red rooftops.
Learn about the Hanseatic merchants who made Tallinn one of the richest ports in the Baltic, the guilds that ran daily life here, the Danish, Swedish, Russian, and Soviet rulers who each left something behind, and Estonia's road to independence.
Along the way, hear a few of the old legends the locals still tell, and the practical stuff too: where to eat, what's worth your time, and what to skip.
