Large bags and suitcases, knives, and metal water bottles are not allowed inside.
It is forbidden to stand or speak in front of the reliquary of the Crown of Thorns, or enter the choir or chapels marked as reserved.
All visitors undergo security screening upon entry. While skip-the-line access reduces wait times, a brief security check may still apply.
No restrooms are available inside the Cathedral; public facilities are located nearby on rue d’Arcole.
