Hotel pickup is available only if requested by 10:00 PM on the day BEFORE the day trip. Pickup requests received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure if you wish to sit together with family or friends. Early arrival provides the best choice of available seating on board.
Look for Cavo Grosso staff at the boarding point.
Food and drinks are not included and are available for purchase onboard.
Travel insurance is included.
Guests with medical conditions should inform the crew before departure and carry any required medication.
The itinerary and departure times may be adjusted due to weather or operational conditions. If the activity is cancelled or significantly changed, a full refund will be offered.
