Jaffa is a city with 4,500 years of history! On this tour we will see main landmarks as well as other hidden gems of the city that you won't get to go to on other Jaffa tours.
I am a tour guide and an Israeli soldier in Israel. I offer tours all over Israel!
Jaffa is a city with 4,500 years of history! We will start our adventure by the Jaffa Clock tower, it is a main landmark you can't miss it. There we will talk about the Sariah, the Satai and the history of the Jaffa Clock Tower. We will then walk past the old gate and then up the Tel of Jaffa where we will see the most incredible view of Tel Aviv from Jaffa. Our next main landmark will be the Church of Saint Peter. A very beautiful and historically important church and you will learn why on the tour. Next we will walk past the famous fountain and get to the House of Simon the Tanner, a very important place for Christians. Following the ancient cobble stone streets we will come to a very important jewelry shop with a lot of rich history. We'll then head to Jaffa Port and end the tour there. For those who would like to do Tel Aviv, please let me know during or after the tour.
