Start your journey with a scenic ferry ride to Miyajima Island, one of Japan’s most iconic destinations. Visit the famous Itsukushima Shrine, known for its “floating” torii gate, and learn about the spiritual traditions of Shinto and its deep connection to Japanese culture.

Stroll through the charming streets of Miyajima, including Omotesando, where you can enjoy local shops and a relaxed island atmosphere.

After returning to Hiroshima city, enjoy a local lunch experience at one of your guide’s favorite spots. This is a great opportunity to experience Hiroshima’s food culture like a local (lunch cost not included).
