Meet at Sapporo Oriental Hotel in the morning and get fitted with snowboard equipment and snow wear before traveling by bus to Asarigawa Onsen Ski Resort near Otaru.
This beginner-friendly experience is designed for first-time snowboarders and travelers who want an easy winter sports day from Sapporo. After arrival, join a small-group snowboard lesson with a maximum of 4 participants per instructor. Practice the basics during the morning lesson, take a lunch break, and continue learning in the afternoon.
The package includes round-trip transportation from the meeting point, snowboard equipment, snow wear, snowboard boots, lift ticket, instructor fee, local insurance arranged by the operator, and a photo service when available.
Meals, drinks, personal expenses, gloves, goggles, helmets, and protective pads are not included. The itinerary and lesson time may change due to weather, snow conditions, traffic, road closures, or safety reasons.

Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel according to the cancellation policy shown on GetYourGuide.
If the activity cannot be operated due to severe weather, unsafe snow conditions, ski resort closure, lift suspension, or other circumstances beyond our control, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, depending on availability.
Please note that light snow, cloudy weather, or normal winter weather conditions are not considered reasons for cancellation, as the lesson can usually operate as scheduled.
If the customer is late, does not show up, or cancels on the day of the activity for personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
Any change of date, participant number, or lesson type must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
Please arrive at the lobby of Sapporo Oriental Hotel at least 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.
Your ski instructor will be waiting in the hotel lobby and will confirm your booking name upon arrival. After meeting the instructor, you will be guided to the 2nd floor to change into your snow wear before departure.
