Please arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes prior to your reserved takeoff time.
You will be briefed on pre-boarding precautions and fill out a list of names, etc.

*Please be sure to provide the names, ages and weights of all passengers. (Insufficient information may result in denied boarding.)
*In principle, children under 2 years old (under 3 years old) may board on the lap of an adult and are not charged. However, please be sure to enter the child's age and weight. The number of lap passengers is limited to one, and the seating position must be in the back seat only.
*Only children are not allowed to board. An adult must accompany the child.
