This tour departs directly from the jetty — no hotel transfers are provided.
Travel time from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Selangor is about 1 hour or more. If you are coming from Kuala Lumpur, please depart at least 1.5 hours earlier to avoid delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Life jackets are provided and must be worn during the boat ride.
In the event of cancellation due to weather or tide conditions, customers may choose to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.
Please meet directly at Sky Mirror World & Boat Café, located at Jalan Sultan Mahmud, Pasir Penambang, Kuala Selangor. The jetty is easily accessible by car or private transfer and offers parking nearby.
Upon arrival, look for the Sky Mirror World check-in counter near the entrance of the Boat Café. Staff will assist with registration and guide you to the boat departure area. Please arrive at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time for safety briefing and boarding arrangements.
