For safety reasons, snorkeling is not permitted for guests over 60 years old. This policy is in place to ensure the well-being of all participants, as snorkeling requires physical effort and specific conditions that may not be suitable for older adults.
However, guests who do not participate in snorkeling can still fully enjoy the catamaran experience, the visit to Isla Mujeres, and the Beach Club with all its amenities.
Please remember that all customer will pay the dock fee $45 usd per person (mandatory) at the moment of the check in
The meeting point for this tour is Marina Sail Away, located at Km 3.5 of the Cancún Hotel Zone. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before departure to complete check-in and receive important instructions.
