The cruise itinerary may be altered due to traffic and weather conditions on the day of the activity.
For any cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the start of the activity, you will receive a complete refund.
No refunds are provided for no-shows or late arrivals
After confirmation is issued, if you wish to reschedule, a change fee of THB 250 per person will apply.
It is mandatory to check-in and you should be at the pier 15 to 30 minutes before the cruise departure time
