Escape the city and experience the beauty of the Norwegian wilderness on a beginner-friendly forest survival adventure from Oslo. The day begins with a morning meet-up in Oslo before traveling together to a peaceful forest approximately one hour outside the city. Upon arrival, guests will hike through scenic woodland trails surrounded by tall pine trees, fresh green moss, rivers, wildflowers, and clean Nordic air.
During the experience, participants will learn practical simple bushcraft and outdoor survival basics in a relaxed and safe environment. Activities may include setting up hammocks and tents, learning safe knife and axe handling, collecting firewood, preparing a campfire, and understanding how to find useful natural resources in the forest. Depending on the season and conditions, guests may also try beginner fishing techniques, and learn simple wilderness navigation skills.
A warm outdoor lunch around the campfire is included and provides time to relax, connect with nature, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the forest. Throughout the experience, photos will be taken to capture memorable moments in the Norwegian wilderness.
This tour is designed for beginners and nature lovers looking for an authentic Scandinavian outdoor experience. No previous survival experience is required — only curiosity, comfortable outdoor clothing, and a sense of adventure.

Guests are recommended to bring their own drinks and personal hiking or camping equipment (tent, tarp, hammock) if available. Equipment can also be rented through BUA in Norway. Please wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes/clothing suitable for uneven forest terrain.
The activity may be canceled with full refund or rescheduled in case of severe weather conditions.
Guests will meet at the bus stop Godals vei next to Oslo Bilutleie. From there, we will take Bus 51 together toward the forest area.
