Surrounded by tropical jungle and calm ocean views, the open-air waterfront shala offers a beautiful setting to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy a yoga practice created especially for you.
Your experience includes a private 75-minute yoga class tailored to your needs, experience level, and energy that day. Choose a more active Vinyasa or Hatha practice, a quiet Yin or Restorative session, or a personalized combination of movement, breath-work, and relaxation.
Share any specific goals with your teacher, whether you would like to improve mobility, support your surfing or other physical activities, release tension, build confidence, or simply rest. Your teacher has practiced yoga for more than 20 years, taught for over 15 years, and completed more than 1000 hours of professional yoga teacher training.
Their teaching draws from mindful Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and tantra practices, with an emphasis on intelligent movement, breath, and individual attention. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Because the class is completely private, the pace and poses can be adjusted for beginners, experienced practitioners, couples, families, or small groups with different ability levels.
Yoga mats and props are provided. After your practice, take a few moments to enjoy the oceanfront surroundings before returning to Bocas Town by boat.
