Day 1: Discovering the Sacred Valley.
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at the time previously arranged during the briefing. We'll head to the Sacred Valley, a fertile valley surrounded by mountains, where the Incas developed an advanced agricultural civilization. We'll make a brief stop at the Taray viewpoint, where you can take beautiful photos with the Andean mountains and the picturesque landscape in the background.
Pisac: We'll visit the colorful craft market of Pisac, where you can find a wide variety of textiles, ceramics, and jewelry handmade by the locals. Then, you'll visit the archaeological site, where you'll learn the history hidden in this great place.
Urubamba: We'll enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at a local restaurant, tasting the authentic flavors of Peruvian cuisine.
Ollantaytambo: We'll explore the impressive Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo, a living city that still retains its cobbled streets and adobe houses. At the end of the afternoon, we'll board the train to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to Machu Picchu. Check-in at the hotel (according to the selected category) where you'll be staying. You'll have the night free to explore the town or enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2: The Wonder of the World: Machu Picchu
At the time you've arranged with the guide the day before, you'll take the bus to Machu Picchu, the ancient Inca city located on top of a mountain.
Guided tour: Our expert guide will take you on a tour of the main structures of the citadel, while telling you the fascinating stories of this civilization. You'll get unforgettable photographs. At the end of the guided tour, you'll have free time to enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the restaurants in the area.
Return to Cusco: In the afternoon, we'll head back to Ollantaytambo by train and then to Cusco by bus, where we'll drop you off at your hotel.
