Inca Jungle Trek to Machu Picchu 4 days 3 nights

The Inca Jungle trail is one of the most adventurous alternative routes to Machu Picchu, in Cuzco, Peru and South America.
Day 1: Cusco - Abra Málaga - Santa María (Cycling and Rafting)
Pick up from the hotel at 06:00 am in our transportation and we will travel for about four hours to the Abra Málaga Pass, located at an altitude of 4,350 meters (14,271 feet). This is where our exciting downhill bike adventure begins to the town of Santa María, located at 1,430 meters (4,691 feet). The bike ride begins high in the Andes, offering majestic views of snow-capped Veronica.
In the afternoon an exciting rafting adventure awaits us on a white river. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to appreciate the impressive landscape that surrounds us
Cycling distance: 65 km, approximately 3 to 4 hours of downhill cycling.
Rafting Adventure: 1 to 1.5 hours of exciting fun

Day 2: Santa María - Thermal Baths - Santa Teresa
After a delicious breakfast, at approximately 6:30 am. We will be ready to do the first day of hiking along a recently discovered Inca trail towards Santa Teresa. The first two hours of our tour will be uphill, along the way we will have several stops to learn a little more about the richness in flora and fauna of the area, later we will cross a section of the Inca trail that formerly connected the sacred city of Machu Picchu with the city of Vilcabamba, here our guide will explain a little more about the history of the Incas and also the communication system they had in those times.

Day 3: Santa Teresa - Aguas Calientes (Zip Line)
Rise and shine at 6:30 a.m. m., fuel up with breakfast and get ready for an action-packed day. Around 8:00 a.m., the zipline company will pick you up and transport you to the zipline base. After a brief orientation, embark on a thrilling 2-hour adventure across four different zip lines and a suspension bridge.
Once the excitement of the zipline is over, take a 1-hour drive to Hydroelectric for a well-deserved lunch. After lunch, embark on a 3-hour walk along the train tracks to the city of Aguas Calientes.

Day 4: Machu Picchu - Cusco
Very early after breakfast (approximately 5:00 am) we will begin the tour with a visit to Machu Picchu with an ascent of 30m. on a bus to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, this way we can be one of the first groups in the Inca city which will allow us to enjoy the majestic sunrise, then we will have a guided tour of the most important temples and palaces. Incas inside the citadel of Machu Picchu, together with your guide for approximately 02 hours, then you can explore the mysterious Inca city.
At an opportune time we will descend from Machu Picchu towards Aguas Calientes to board our return train to Ollantaytambo - Cusco arrival approx. 7:00 p.m.
