From Bucharest: 4x4 Off-Road, Mountain BBQ & Optional Hike

Discover the Carpathian Mountains on a 4x4 off-road adventure from Bucharest. Choose to hike to Penteleu Peak or continue in the 4x4 vehicle, and enjoy a traditional BBQ with beers and palinka.
Begin your adventure with a morning pickup in Bucharest, followed by a scenic drive through the Romanian countryside to a traditional village at the foot of Penteleu Mountain.

Upon arrival, switch to powerful 4x4 vehicles operated by experienced drivers. Embark on a thrilling off-road journey through dense forests, muddy tracks, rocky mountain roads, and remote valleys.

As you climb higher into the mountains, the dense forests give way to open meadows, spectacular ridges, and panoramic views of the Carpathians. Depending on the weather conditions and your group's preferences, choose how to continue your adventure.

Leave the 4x4 vehicles behind and enjoy a scenic mountain hike towards Penteleu Peak, surrounded by wild nature and beautiful mountain landscapes. Or, stay in the off-road vehicles and continue along the mountain trails towards the summit area.

After the off-road adventure and optional hike, enjoy an outdoor BBQ surrounded by the spectacular landscapes of Penteleu Mountain. Enjoy a delicious BBQ prepared in the mountains, far away from the noise and crowds of the city.

After the BBQ, climb back into the 4x4 vehicles for the return journey. Follow rugged mountain tracks through forests, valleys, and remote countryside, enjoying more spectacular scenery along the way. Once back in the village, your private transfer will be waiting to take you back to Bucharest after a full day of adventure.
