You must request for the usage of a child seat or booster seat during booking when applicable.
Charges incurred for chargeable waiting time, location surcharge and super peak period surcharge, etc are to be paid directly to chauffeur.
Upon clearing immigration, proceed to collect your luggage from the designated luggage belt in the restricted area. Clients should expect our chauffeur to be waiting in the arrival hall holding a tablet displaying "Welcome Mr./Ms. (your name)," ensuring easy identification.
Notice for arrival at Changi Airport:
There are two arrival halls at each terminal. Please exit to the arrival hall using the exit corresponding to the luggage belt number you've been assigned to collect your luggage. For instance, if your luggage belt is Belt 32, kindly use the exit marked for Belts 30-33 instead of the exit for Belts 36-39. This will ensure that you will meet up with the chauffeur at the correct meeting zone.
