Day 2 – Polonnaruwa / Minneriya Safari

Visit a spice garden to learn about Sri Lanka’s spices and Ayurvedic uses. Continue to Kandy. Walk through Udawattakele Forest Reserve and in the evening visit Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic during ceremony time. Overnight in Kandy.

Day 5 – Kitulgala / Nuwara Eliya
Travel to Kitulgala for white-water rafting on the Kelani River. Continue uphill to Nuwara Eliya, known for cool climate, tea plantations, colonial architecture, and Lake Gregory. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 6 – Scenic Train / Ella
Enjoy one of Asia’s most scenic train rides to Ella through tea estates and mountain valleys. Short hike to Little Adam's Peak for beautiful views. Overnight in Ella.

Day 7 – Yala National Park Safari
Drive to Yala National Park for an afternoon safari. The park is famous for leopards and also home to elephants, sloth bears, crocodiles, deer, and many bird species. Overnight near Yala.

Day 8 – Koggala Lake / Mirissa
Morning boat safari on Koggala Lake through mangroves and cinnamon islands. Continue to Mirissa for beach relaxation and sunset by the ocean. Overnight in Mirissa.

Day 9 – Galle Fort / Colombo / Departure
Visit Galle Fort, a historic Dutch-built fort with charming streets and ocean views. If time permits, short visit to Colombo before transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for departure (arrive 3 hours before flight).
