Inclement Weather Notice: Rooftop Access and Re-entry Policy. If a guest has accessed the indoor observatory on the 74th floor but cannot access the rooftop on the 78th floor due to sudden rain, re-entry will be permitted. Guests may request re-entry at the Ticketing Counter (Lobby), but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Please take note: For Daytime and Sunset ticket (same day) - Visit cut off time before 3 pm (TH Time).
Present the barcode to get entry, in case you cannot find the barcode on the app
Please check your confirmation email with the subject: successful purchase
The ticket is valid only on the selected date
If a ticket has been redeemed and used but you are unable to visit the 78th floor due to inclement weather, you can present the actual ticket to Mahanakhon staff at the ticketing counter to request re-entry directly
This allows for re-entry on the next day or within a maximum of 3 days after the initial visit.
Ages 13 and 59 are considered adults.
Please present either mobile or printed voucher in your confirmation email along with your passport/ID at the counter Mahanakhon Skywalk for redemption.
