Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls & Boat Safari on the Nile
Early morning departure (around 6:30 am) from Kampala or Entebbe. Drive northwest through Uganda’s countryside, passing local villages, rolling hills, and traditional markets. You'll stop briefly at Masindi for refreshments or lunch (depending on departure time).
Enter Murchison Falls National Park via the Kichumbanyobo Gate and enjoy a mini-game drive as you head toward the river.
Afternoon Boat Cruise to the Bottom of the Falls
In the afternoon, embark on a thrilling 3-hour boat safari on the Victoria Nile. Cruise slowly upriver toward the foot of Murchison Falls, where the Nile plunges 45 meters through a 7-meter-wide gorge. Upon reaching the base of the falls, you’ll feel the thunder and spray of the water—a breathtaking sight.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Top of the Falls Visit
Wake up early for a sunrise game drive in the park’s northern sector. This is the best time to see animals active before the heat sets in.
The game drive typically lasts 3–4 hours, giving you excellent photo opportunities and unforgettable wildlife sightings.

Visit the Top of Murchison Falls
After the game drive, cross the Nile to visit the Top of the Falls. Stand just meters from the crashing water as the Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge and plummets into the devil’s cauldron below. Feel the spray on your skin and hear the roaring power of nature.
After this iconic experience, begin your drive back to Kampala or Entebbe, with a lunch stop en route. Estimated arrival is in the evening (around 6:00–7:00 pm).
