-Minimum age for each passenger is 2 years old.
-Maximum weight per passenger is 220 lbs. Any passengers weighing over 220 lbs will require a Mandatory Comfort Seat for aircraft balancing purposes. 50% additional fee to regular tour cost, per passenger. If you didn't add the Mandatory ---Comfort Seat, please contact us immediately.
-Together seating is not guaranteed, unless you book an Exclusive Flight (private).
NO WAIVERS, NO FLIGHT!
-All passengers MUST submit online waiver sent by email, 48 hours BEFORE helicopter tour time (if booked for the next or same day, MUST submit immediately). If it’s not received on time, the tour will be cancelled, no refunds.
-Each passenger MUST watch our Safety Briefing video before arrival to your helicopter tour
-All passengers MUST arrive 15 minutes before tour time. It will be considered as a no-show if customers have not arrived at scheduled tour time, no refunds.
If you arrive late, the missing time will be deducted from your tour duration. It will be considered a no-show if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled tour time.
