Despite the city’s rapid development, these farmers still visit the garden twice a day, starting as early as 4:00 AM, to water, harvest, and care for their crops. Learn about traditional Vietnamese herbs such as basil, lettuce, and mustard greens, try hands-on activities like watering plants or carrying water buckets, and enjoy authentic photo moments with local farmers — a truly Vietnamese experience rarely seen by tourists.

After returning to Pistachio, it’s time to cook. Guided by an experienced chef, prepare three iconic Vietnamese dishes: Bánh xèo (crispy sizzling pancake), Gỏi cuốn (fresh spring rolls), and Gỏi xoài tôm (green mango shrimp salad). While cooking, your guide will share the cultural stories behind each dish — from the joyful sizzling sound of bánh xèo symbolizing harvest celebrations, to gỏi cuốn reflecting simplicity, sharing, and family connection, and gỏi xoài tôm showcasing Vietnam’s creativity and seasonal eating habits.
