14-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350 m)
Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, transfer to hotel, and attend trek briefing. Optional walk in Thamel.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing & Trek Prep
Visit Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Durbar Square. Final gear check and briefing. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 3: Fly to Lukla (2,860 m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610 m)
Scenic flight to Lukla. Trek along the Dudh Koshi River to Phakding. Overnight at a teahouse.

Day 4: Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)
Hike through forests and cross suspension bridges. Explore Namche Bazaar and acclimatize.

Day 5: Acclimatization & Sherpa Culture in Namche
Short hike to Everest View Hotel. Visit Sherpa Museum and enjoy cultural activities.

Day 6: Trek Namche to Tengboche (3,870 m)
Ascend through forests, visit Tengboche Monastery, witness Buddhist rituals. Overnight at a teahouse.

Day 7: Trek Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 m)
Walk through valleys with views of Ama Dablam. Overnight in Dingboche with local cuisine.

Day 8: Acclimatization in Dingboche
Hike to nearby hills, learn about Sherpa farming, and enjoy traditional food.

Day 9: Trek Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940 m)
Cross rocky trails with views of Pumori and Nuptse. Overnight at Lobuche.

Day 10: Trek Lobuche to EBC (5,364 m) & Gorak Shep (5,164 m)
Reach Everest Base Camp, enjoy incredible mountain views, then return to Gorak Shep.

Day 11: Hike Kalapatthar (5,545 m) & Trek to Pheriche (4,371 m)
Sunrise hike to Kalapatthar for Everest views. Descend to Pheriche.

Day 12: Trek Pheriche to Namche Bazaar
Descend through Tengboche to Namche Bazaar. Enjoy Sherpa food and cultural activities.

Day 13: Trek Namche to Lukla
Final trek to Lukla. Celebrate the journey with guides. Overnight in Lukla.

Day 14: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu & Departure
Fly back to Kathmandu. Optional sightseeing or shopping before airport transfer.
