Join me for an unforgettable experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, relaxed and at one with yourself and nature. Breathe and relax on the beautiful sandy shore of Playa San Juan.
I conduct classes in the styles of hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga and relaxing yin, also for cyclists. You can also join for pranayama and sound bath. I have mats and other training aids, all you need is a good mood and comfortable clothes.
