Tiziana welcomes you to her home in the heart of ancient Genoa, near the Palazzi dei Rolli, for a 3-hour Cooking Class that will guide you step by step in the preparation of three iconic dishes of Italian cuisine.

The lesson kicks off with Pesto al mortaio, made with Genoese DOP basil and original ingredients according to the official recipe. While you're cooking, you'll get to enjoy freshly baked focaccia with a glass of chilled Prosecco.

Next, you'll learn how to make fresh gnocchi, which you can enjoy with the freshly prepared pesto. Finally, you'll make tiramisu, the famous Italian dessert, and learn the secrets to recreate it at home for family and friends.

At the end of the lesson, you can enjoy all your creations in a cozy and unforgettable atmosphere. The lesson is available in the morning, afternoon, or at a custom time upon request.
