Allow me to take you on a journey within through yoga, conversations and meditations in heart of Delhi through this wholesome experience.
Here is what happens on this soulful retreat :
> We meet at Lodhi Gardens where we walk together to my favourite spot to practice some authentic Yoga techniques.
>We begin with some stretches and move to poses (Asanas) lying, sitting & standing
> We learn and practice the powerful Sun Salutation Yoga & watch its impact on our body.
> Together we observe the magic of breathe work next & enter into a state of deep relaxation through breathing techniques
> We close with a water meditation next to a foundation and go inwards. Also an opportunity to ask questions & make great conversations at this point.
This experience is suitable for all - beginners, intermediate or expert & for all age groups. Prior experience in Yoga is not at all needed.
We would flow with your comfort and abilities. You are in safe hands to experiment, un/learn a few new Yoga poses - some for the gram, some for yourself!

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
