Berat: Rafting Tour through Osumi Canyon.

Discover Osumi Canyon and find yourself surrounded by 8 waterfalls, where force of water have sculpted a breathtaking landscape over millions of years.
The day begins with a drive to Çorovodë city, the location of Osumi Canyon, which is approximately a 1-hour drive from Berat. Upon arrival at the starting point of our activity, you'll meet the guide who will provide all the necessary equipment for the journey, including neoprene wetsuits, waterproof shirts, life jackets, and helmets.

The guide will require 10 minutes of your attention to provide instructions on how to hold the paddle, how to sit on the raft, and what to do and not to do during the journey. They will ensure that everyone has clearly understood the instructions before proceeding.

As we begin paddling, our first stop is the "Cathedral of Canyon," a rock structure that resembles a cathedral. We then proceed to the gate of the canyon, where tall rock formations surround us, reaching heights of up to 100 meters above our heads.

Our next stop is the "Waterfall of Love," the second and largest waterfall along our route. The guide will provide information about the surroundings as we continue down the canyon.

We'll make a stop at the "Waterfall of Sugar," where the narrowest part of the canyon briefly halts our raft. After passing this section, we'll park the raft for a longer stop to enjoy some snacks we've brought along, such as sandwiches, fruits, and bottled water.

Once we're back in the raft, the guide will ensure that everyone is seated properly before we continue our journey. Along the way, we'll stop at "Devil’s Gate" and "Blue Waterfall," where unique rock formations and viewpoints await.

Further down the canyon, we'll encounter the "Bride's Veil" waterfall, followed by the delicate "Waterfall of Champagne." As we paddle onward, the rock formations gradually decrease in height until we reach the "Eye of Canyon."

At this point, it's time to return to reality and bid farewell to the majestic canyon. Our car will be waiting for us at the finish point to drive us back to our vehicles, marking the end of this unforgettable experience.
