Unlike rigid technique classes, this Clay Meditation is a process-driven experience designed around feeling, observing, free expressions, and shared presence. The clay becomes our medium to foster connection to ourselves and practice presence. Whatever was shaped by the hands in clay will be let go in the end. Together we let the hands do the thinking to nurture body and mind.
