Begin your tour at Opera Square, where you’ll see the Old Opera Building and the Frankfurt Banking District. Continue to the Fressgass Promenade, a bustling area known for its local food and drink spots.
Next, head to Goethe Square, where you’ll hear stories about the famous writer Goethe and see the Goethe House. Then, visit Gutenberg Square and learn about the history of the printing press.
Stop at Hauptwache to admire the Hauptwache Building and Saint Katarina Church. Continue to Stock Market Square to see the Bull and Bear statues, Eschenheimer Tor, and Thurn und Taxis Palais.
In St. Paul Square, visit St. Paul Church, see the Applewein Mosaic, cross the Bridge of Sighs, and admire the Langer Franz Tower. Finally, explore the Old Town, including Roemerberg, Chicken Market, and Keiserdom Square.
