Learn how "Stokel" in the local Sasak language means "a bundle of thread," referring to how the water resembles thick white strands.
Next, take a short walk or trek further up to reach Benang Kelambu Waterfall. See how the water emerges directly through lush vegetation on a cliff face, cascading down tiered terraces like delicate curtains ("kelambu" means net or curtain).
Continue to Sukarara Village, a renowned traditional weaving village in Central Lombok, famous for handwoven Sasak textiles.
