Day 1: Kasane → Impalila Island → Chobe Camping

Begin your adventure with a morning arrival in Kasane. Meet your guide and complete border formalities for Namibia. Then, take a boat transfer across the Chobe River to Impalila Island.

Once on the island, embark on a guided village walk to learn about local traditions. Climb the ancient baobab tree for panoramic views of the meeting point of four countries: Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Enjoy birdwatching along the riverbanks.

Cross back to Kasane by boat & Lunch at a local restaurant and head into Chobe National Park for an afternoon game drive in the evening, settle into your campsite inside Chobe National Park. Enjoy dinner by the campfire and stargazing.

Day 2: Chobe Safari & River Cruise

Start your day with an early morning game drive, where you’ll have the chance to see predators, elephants, and antelope. Return to camp for breakfast.

Later, embark on a boat safari along the Chobe River. Spot hippos, crocodiles, elephants bathing, and abundant birdlife. Enjoy a picnic or lodge meal in Kasane for lunch. Wrap up your trip by early afternoon for onward travel.
