Emily Carr is one of the most iconic AND obscure people to have lived in Victoria, so why not start at the lady with the pet monkey with the beautiful Empress Hotel in the background.
Our engaging and passionate guides will share the stories of the most iconic people to have lived in the city and the dark details of their lives that are harder to find. Discover the rough ways of the Gold rush in Bastion Square as well as the hidden alleyways and illegal happenings in Chinatown.
Learn about our local Indigenous culture and the traditions that were here thousands of years before us, as well as reconciliation that is taking place across Canada.
