After the city tour, the day continues to the Casablanca Valley (Pitama) to swap the city for the countryside: beekeeping in action, a guided honey tasting, and an extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) tasting with a chat about the process and varieties. The day wraps up at Greedy Jill Beerhouse with a guided tour, craft beer tasting (subject to availability), local pairing, and a slow-paced picnic table.
