INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE
1. You can use the voucher only for the reservation date and time.
2. Moving or exchanging ticket zones/seats is strictly prohibited.
3. Seats are randomly assigned, please refer to your ticket for seating arrangements.
4. Redemption of tickets using a confirmed booking voucher is required at the counter before the show. The counter opens 1hour before the show.
5. Kindly ensure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the show starts.
6. If bringing a wheelchair or stroller, please indicate in the remarks column.
7. There is no luggage storage available at the venue.
8. Smoking is prohibited in the venue.
9. No cancellation or refund will be given in case of absence or delay on the event day.
10. To redeem your ticket, simply present your voucher at the designated ticket box on the day of the event. Please ensure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled show time. The ticket box opens 1 hour before the show begins.
11. The duration of the show is 60mins.
