Before setting off, you will receive basic instructions on paddling posture, rhythm, and technique. The aim is to offer an accessible, enjoyable experience that fosters a connection with the sea, requiring no prior experience.

In the event of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, the tour may be rescheduled, or the customer may opt for a full refund.

The activity is conducted in a group and includes guidance from the team before and during the experience. It is not necessary to know how to swim. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early and bringing sunscreen, a cap or hat, and a water bottle.
The meeting point is located on the beach at the Cruise Ship Terminal, in the Passagem neighborhood of Cabo Frio, on the stretch of sand in front of the Hotel Paradiso del Sol.
