Step into a magical world of snow and ice sculptures up to with tickets to the Dutch Ice Sculpture Festival in Biddinghuizen. Admire the work of some of the world's best sculpturing artists.
This year, Europe’s largest Ice Sculpture Festival returns to Biddinghuizen—and it will be more spectacular than ever!
The 45 best ice artists from around the world are travelling to the Netherlands to showcase their incredible talent.

The theme of 2025–2026: “Let’s go to the movies.”
Step onto an icy film set and wander through iconic scenes from legendary films. Sail away on the Titanic, fall down the rabbit hole with Alice, face the traps of Indiana Jones, swim with the sharks from Jaws, or dance your way through Pulp Fiction. Every scene is carved in astonishing detail and brought to life with atmospheric lighting—so realistic you’ll forget it’s all made of ice.

Across more than 1,500 m², visitors can admire towering sculptures up to 6 meters high, crafted from over 300,000 kg of ice and 275,000 kg of snow. It’s an unforgettable experience for all ages.

New this year: evening openings!
On several dates during the Christmas holiday, the festival stays open until 21:00 so visitors can enjoy the icy film sets in a magical nighttime atmosphere.

Step into a breathtaking world of ice, where you’ll encounter wonders beyond imagination, with ice sculptures reaching up to 6 meters tall. Covering over 1,500 square meters, the Ice Sculpture Festival is bigger than ever this year!

In addition to enjoying ice art, visitors can experience a unique street art exhibition. The walls come to life with bold creations from emerging artists. Be amazed by this dynamic and rising art form!

From December 14, 2023, to March 2, 2025, you can immerse yourself in this magical adventure at its new location: Strandgaperweg 20, Biddinghuizen.
