Embark on a full-day adventure from Tirana into the heart of the Albanian Alps. After an early morning pickup, enjoy a scenic drive through winding mountain roads and traditional villages, with a short coffee stop along the way. In about 3.5 to 4 hours, you'll arrive in the remote and stunning village of Theth, surrounded by the dramatic peaks of the Accursed Mountains.

Your exploration begins with a visit to two of Theth’s most iconic landmarks — the mysterious Lock-in Tower and the historic village church — offering a window into centuries-old customs and local heritage. From there, set off on a guided 6 km round-trip hike through breathtaking alpine landscapes toward the famous Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër), a natural spring known for its vibrant turquoise waters and peaceful setting.

Along the trail, you'll cross rustic wooden bridges, follow mountain streams, and pass small waterfalls — all while soaking in some of Albania’s most untouched natural beauty. At the Blue Eye, take a moment to unwind, capture unforgettable photos, and refresh your feet in the icy, crystal-clear water. After the hike, enjoy a hearty lunch at a local guesthouse before heading back to Tirana, bringing with you lasting memories of this wild and beautiful corner of Albania.
