It is not recommended for people with claustrophobia
Due to the natural conditions of the Cave, unfortunately, the event is not suitable for people with reduced mobility
Baby strollers are also not allowed and cannot be stored
Show the QR code of your ticket from your device at the ticket office. You will be assigned to the first available guided tour upon your arrival.
