Your adventure starts with a warm welcome at the Wilderness Origin base, located near Quillan in the Upper Aude Valley. After a full briefing on the activity and safety instructions, your instructor will equip you with all the necessary gear: helmet, life jacket, and a suitable individual buoy.
A shuttle then takes you to the starting point, downstream of the river. After a few technical tips to master your buoy, you'll set off on the Aude for a fun and refreshing descent. Between small rapids, calm passages, and natural slides, you'll fully enjoy the thrills while admiring the wild landscapes of the Aude Pyrenees.
Throughout the course, your instructor will ensure your safety and share their knowledge of the natural environment. This activity is accessible to everyone, from 10 years old, and is suitable for families and groups of friends looking for fun and relaxation.
